1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the mobile tyre fitting services provided by Fitwheel Mobile Tyres. By scheduling a call-out or utilizing our services, you accept these terms in full.

We are committed to delivering professional tyre replacement and repair directly to your chosen location in a safe and timely manner.

2. Service Call-Outs

• Our mobile fitting service requires the customer to provide a safe, flat, and legally accessible location for our vans to operate.
• If the vehicle is located in an area deemed unsafe or inaccessible by our technicians, we reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
• Arrival times are estimates. While we strive to meet all scheduled call-out windows, unforeseen traffic or adverse weather conditions may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to the availability of appropriate tyre stock and technician schedules. We will confirm your appointment details upon processing your request.

Should you need to cancel or modify your call-out, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled arrival time may be subject to a call-out fee to cover our operational dispatch costs.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes provided generally include the cost of the tyres, mobile fitting, balancing, new standard valves, and the responsible environmental disposal of your old tyres, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Payment is required in full upon the completion of the fitting service at your location. Our mobile technicians carry secure card payment terminals for your convenience.

5. Warranties and Liability

All new tyres supplied come with the standard manufacturer's warranty against material or manufacturing defects.

We ensure that all fitting work is carried out to a high professional standard. Fitwheel Mobile Tyres will not be held liable for pre-existing damage to wheels, mechanical issues with the vehicle, or issues arising from improper tyre maintenance by the vehicle owner following our service.
